How do model choices affect usage?
Essential uses 60 credits per minute; Smart 75; Expert 120; Genius 180. Higher models use more credits for the same conversation time.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits do not roll over. The current policy stops calls when credits run out; you can top up or change plans.
Are phone numbers and messages included?
Paid plans include the numbers shown. Additional numbers use 1,380 credits per month (CA$15) from your balance. Texts and emails have separate monthly allowances.
How is the free demo different from the Free plan?
The free demo is a working Alma agent built for your business on a phone number we lend you for 30 days, with 20 minutes of calls (1,200 credits) and free texting, no payment. When the 30 days end, you pick a plan to keep the agent and its number; otherwise the number is returned and your account continues within the Free plan's limits.
