Booking on your calendar
Alma reads the calendar you connected, offers times that follow your rules and books during the call. The invitation and the details land where your team already looks.
How booking works
WHAT ALMA CONNECTS TO
Your calendar, your phone line, your inbox, your own systems. This is the honest list of what AlmaTalk connects to today, and what to do when your tool is not on it.

THE CONNECTIONS
Everything below is live. If a tool is not here, it is not connected yet, and we will tell you so.
If your tool accepts a webhook, it can usually be connected today. If it does not, tell us which one it is and we will look at what it would take to build.
WHAT A CONNECTION DOES
Here is what each one actually does, during the call and after it.
Alma reads the calendar you connected, offers times that follow your rules and books during the call. The invitation and the details land where your team already looks.
How booking worksA confirmation by text, a WhatsApp message or an email after the call, under your rules: consent, quiet hours, and STOP handled.
Calls, texts, WhatsApp and email arrive in a single conversation list, with the transcript, the summary and the sentiment of every call.
See the inboxA webhook fires when a call starts, when it ends and when an appointment is booked, so your own tools hear about it without anyone retyping a thing.
Send call data to Google Sheets, and get a daily summary email of what happened on the line.
Forward the number you already publish, or take a new local or toll-free number. Alma transfers to a person by rule, with ranked backup numbers.
See it by businessFOR DEVELOPERS
If your team writes software, this is the surface you have.

Subscribe to events such as call started, call completed and appointment booked.
Every delivery carries a signature your endpoint can verify before it acts on the data.
A delivery that fails is retried, and every attempt is recorded, so you can see what was sent and when.
A REST API with published documentation at /api/docs, for reading calls and driving the platform from your own code.
Create API keys in your dashboard. If you would rather not write code, Zapier reaches the same events through a webhook.
NOT ON THE LIST
Tell us the tool and what should move between it and AlmaTalk. We build native integrations on request, and we say plainly when something is not possible yet.
Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Cal.com and Apple Calendar, through the calendar integrations. Alma reads the calendar during the call, offers times that follow your rules and books the appointment before the caller hangs up.
No. Forward the number you already publish to Alma, or take a new local or toll-free number from us. Transfers go back out to any phone you name, with ranked backup numbers if the first one does not pick up.
Natively, we connect to ALMA Intelligence’s own CRM. For any other CRM, the call data leaves by webhook, through Zapier or as a Google Sheets export. Tell us which one you use and we will look at building it.
Webhooks for events such as call started, call completed and appointment booked, with signed payloads, retries and delivery logs, plus a REST API with published documentation at /api/docs. Zapier rides on those same webhooks.
Into one inbox your team can read: every call with its transcript, summary and sentiment, beside the texts, WhatsApp messages and emails. Call recordings are stored in Canada, in Amazon S3 (ca-central-1), encrypted and closed to public access; call data is handled under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, and we tell you where each part is stored and for how long.
